Ispat and Power Private Limited for stone chips manufacturing, further strengthening its footprint in the building materials sector.
When Mr. Vishesh Kapoor officially joined the family businesses in 2018, he stepped into a thriving ecosystem shaped by his father’s vision. Chemicals Limited, one of his first major initiatives was to ramp up the production of industrial resins to meet growing domestic demand. By 2021–22, he had further diversified into road transportation, establishing a fleet of fourteen heavy vehicles to expand logistics operations. Today, the company is recognized for its integrated supply chain strength, covering everything from production to delivery. Alongside these ventures, Mr. Vishesh Kapoor also manages Kapoor Fuels, an HPCL dealership for petrol, diesel, and lubricants—an enterprise that reflects not only diversification but also his commitment to serving the community’s everyday needs by bridging industrial and consumer-facing businesses.
