The second test match between India and New Zealand Commenced Today from Mumbai. The match didn’t start of the scheduled time due to patchy outfield because of excessive rains over past few days in Mumbai. However, Indian Captain Virat Kohli won the toss and rightly decided to bat first on a spin friendly batting deck.
The match was going on well for India until India lost couple of wickets on 80. However, controversy stuck when Virat was also given out on 80 LBW and he was quick to take the DRS. On reply, it was shown the bat hit the ball and pad together. However, third umpire maintained their decision and gave Indian captain out. Virat was clearly disappointed with the decision and had a few words with Nitin Menon, the onfield Umpire.

Even upon returning to the change room, the camera panned towards Kohli, who still couldn’t come to terms with what had transpired. The India skipper reacted animatedly watching the replay of his dismissal on the TV screen. He brought out an amused reaction before finally heading inside the room.
