Paradip Port Trust Hospital is going through loads of controversies these days. A few days back, a nurse staff had complained of mental and physical torture by its hospital chief. Now things have taken the worst turn when the same staff nurse fell unconscious in the hospital and later died as well.
The family of the deceased staff nurse has put murder charges on the hospital as well as the medical chief. The husband of the nurse confirmed the statement that she was suffering from lots of mental and physical torture at the hospital and she planned to take action against the medical chief as well. Thereby, a murder charge has been instigated by the police on the medical chief.
“We demand Chief Medical Officer of the hospital, Dr. Prahallad Panda to come out and explain exactly what led to her death. We will not call off our strike until she is given justice,” said Deeptiranjan.
Seshadeb Senapati, another family member of the nurse alleged that during the course of treatment, the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of the hospital administered as many as ten injections to her which later proved fatal. The CMO should clarify to us what were those injections and the reason behind their usage were,” said Seshadeb.
