Sri Lanka is going through an economic crisis. This island nation is low on even the essential goods like the food,fuel etc. The Department of education of Western Province has said ” School Principals can not hold the tests as printers are unable to secure foreign exchange to import necessary paper and ink”.The Srilankan Government had earlier asked China Government to help to put off debt payments.
