The reasons for these kinds of situations may be many. Under qualification and over qualification are some of the reasons. For an example under qualification is if a company hires postgraduates and the applicant is undergraduate. Over qualification is also a problem. A company might not be able to give away the salary to someone who is overqualified for the job. This can result in further issues. A good proportion of the youth also keeps waiting for the right and desired job. Thus, they end up losing away a lot of job opportunities. Absence of opportunities gives rise to financial crunches which can be problematic. A lot of companies have however made several jobs work from home which makes the students easier to take up job roles like these. In the prevailing situation of today it is best advisable that a student in open to several job roles and not just one so that they can get an easy entry for employment. Working experience can later help them to get into higher and better positions with good salary.
