BSF Soldier lynched to death

In Gujarat’s Nadiad, a member of the Border Security Force was beaten to death for objecting to the distribution of an offensive film of his daughter. According to sources, the man visited the 15-year-Chaklasi old’s village house on Saturday after learning that he was the one who reportedly posted the video online. He was attacked by the family there.
According to sources, the adolescent and the girl were dating and both attended the same school as the girl. The soldier, Melaji Vaghela (45), is said to have been attacked with sharp objects and sticks.

As Meljibhai Vaghela approached their home on December 24, seven suspects were detained after one of them, Shailesh Jadav, posted a video of the victim’s daughter online, according to DSP VR Bajpai, who spoke to the news agency.
In accordance with the IPC, a complaint was filed after Manjulaben, the dead BSF jawan’s wife, filed a FIR at the Chaklasi police station.
