Ans : While working in tribal areas like Sarguja in Chhattisgarh I’ve met with many women and girls who were exposed to sexual harrasment, domestic violence while working. Even in my surroundings I’ve met with several women who took a decision of taking divorce either due to being cheated in marriage, or severe domestic violence they had to approach courts of justice for but as our society is setup it were them who were given a vamp status. A similar phase came in my own life too. It was filled with struggle. Many men in form of my husband and friends came to my support inspired from they my poem ‘Mai tumhe yahi milungi’ came to fruitarian.
Q2)How much time did it take for you to curate the book . Tell us about the process and share the link of the book.

Ans :Some of these poems were written in 2019 but when in 2020 whole nation was battling with corona and was under lockdown I wrote many poems and made a collection out of them. I was mocked by many people when I presented the willingness to publish this collection. I took the mockery as challenge and doubled my labour and zeal to complete this collection. December 15, 2020 my book was published. Which is selling on Amazon in both Kindle edition and paperback.https://amzn.eu/d/cvjL0lw
Q3) Do you feel social work is important and how is it impactful in today’s generation.

Ans : yes, definitely I beleive that social work is essential for today’s generation. We’re completely indulged in cyberspace with technology and internet. We’re surrounded by a world of virtual reality, we estimate our happiness with like and reactions on our posts and photographs where in reality it’s simply not true. That’s how younger generation may spend small events of happiness with the unfortunate and understand the true meaning of euphoria.
Q4) Nowadays the reading habit of the youth has diminished. Kindly tell us how do you think it is harmful for the youth and how can the youth change this habit .

Ans :As I’m very vocal in how we’ve surrendered to gadgets, books are neglected let alone being read but mental issues like anxiety & depression are rampant result of this. I believe one should read a book before bed wheather only one page. During this do not use your gadgets for at least an hour and you’ll see the results yourself.
Q5)How has been the reviews of “Mai Tumhe Yahi Milungi ?”. And to whom will you dedicate the success of the book to ?
Ans :By blessings of god I recieved very positive responses as this book was dedicated to women who were warriors of their own lives who broke barriers of society and set a new horizon. We recieved very positive responses from women and men. Some even labelled me as a rebel as many of these poem put a question mark on many social norms. My late grandmother who encouraged me to write poem, this book is dedicated to her. Men who play role of brother, friend, father or any other in a symbolic battleground provide guidance like Shri Krishna to these warriors women deserves praise and recognition too hence this book is dedicated to them also.
