
In the 21st century mental peace is the area we mostly have struggle dealing with . Be it youngsters ,children , young adults or adult irrespective of the age our lives go for a toll when obstructions come in our way.
Let us first throw a light on several factors ,most importantly on accumulated stress. This is a very common term used in the psychological background . Accumulated stress is basically , stress that is kept unmanaged or untreated for a long period of time. This can happen because of Lack of Expression ,Under confidence , lack of introspection etc. and is one of the most common cases in the youngsters today.

Now is there really a path that illuminates the shallow feeling we feel during the times we are stressed anxious or in pain. Let us talk about that . We have to primarily accept the feeling that problems would obviously come in our way now and then. We can not potentially build a pathway to block it , what we can do is manage the stress that comes in our way. The most simple way is to hold your breath for a while when you have encountered any problem in your life and not to react on it suddenly and give yourself some time for the introspection. We do encounter problems regularly in our life and if we are able to manage our stress and regulate it every single day a person would not be facing the problem of accumulated stress ever .
Moreover what most of us have learnt in the lockdown is basically facing ourself as we were captive in our houses and hardly had any time to meet anybody. So we had to face our problems , insecurities and fear and sort out those problems on our own. While it is very necessary to manage stress we should also have in mind that if one faces serious issues like depression ,anxiety etc one should never hesitate in consulting a psychologist.
