Country Delight is reportedly stepping up preparations for a major initial public offering (IPO) in India, with plans to raise between $200 million and $300 million.
The company’s parent, Beejapuri Dairy Pvt. Ltd., is expected to begin discussions with investment bankers to appoint lead managers for the proposed public issue. The IPO could include a combination of fresh equity and an offer-for-sale by existing institutional investors.
Country Delight is also evaluating a potential pre-IPO funding round to establish a valuation benchmark before filing its draft prospectus with SEBI. The Gurugram-based company has expanded from its core dairy subscription business into fresh produce and quick commerce.
In FY24, Country Delight reported revenue of ₹1,380 crore, marking a 46% year-on-year increase, driven by subscriber growth and expanding sales across non-dairy categories
