Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan leaves Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail three weeks after a drugs-on-cruise case. He had to spend another night in the Arthur Road Central Jail as after his bail was granted, his bail orders could not reach the prison authorities by the specified time of 5:30 PM on October 29.
According to the reports, Aryan walked out of the Arthur Road prison four weeks following his arrest during a drug raid on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast. He came out of the prison shortly after 11:00 am, a day after a special court issued his release memo. As Shah Rukh’s convoy arrived at the star’s landmark bungalow Mannat, around 11.33 am, hundreds of fans of the actor gathered to catch a glimpse of the Khan family.

After his bail was granted, Mannat was seen decked up with lights and photos showing the top floor of the house covered with twinkling fairy lights. Even Shah Rukh Khan’s actor-friend Juhi Chawla surety for the 23-year-old before the special court, designated to hear cases related to the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS).
The High Court has imposed 14 bail conditions on Aryan Khan and co-accused – Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha – who were also granted bail, stipulating their release on a personal bond of ₹ 1 lakh each with one or two sureties of the same amount.
Their release came just a day before the High Court was scheduled to take a two-week break for Diwali.
