Riddhima Sen, a dynamic individual currently pursuing her studies at Jadavpur University, stands as a testament to the multifaceted potential within today’s youth. As a dedicated volunteer at Hamari Pahchan NGO, a curriculum writing intern at Team Everest, and the Vice President of the Architecture Club, SUPROS, she seamlessly blends her academic pursuits with a fervent passion for diverse activities. Her creative flair extends to reciting poems, composing lyrics, designing garments, and exploring exciting apparels.

Beyond her academic and creative engagements, Riddhima serves as a Social Media Intern at Younity, contributing to the digital landscape. Despite her introverted nature, she has overcome barriers through active participation in leadership programs, shaping a well-rounded personality.

1. How has your experience as a curriculum writing intern at Team Everest and your involvement in the Architecture Club, SUPROS, influenced your perspective on the importance of education for youngsters?

Ans – As a curriculum writing intern at Team Everest , l realized that education is important for every child . My internship at SUPROS helped me to achieve my dreams and know more about Architecture.  Such clubs help kids to know more about the field which intrigues them .

2. Being a Social Media Intern at Younity, how do you think social media can play a role in promoting education among the youth, considering your passion for various activities?

Ans – Absolutely yes , and in fact social media does play a role in promoting education. Creative and fun videos , pictures and other means of media influence children to read more about the things which tickle their interest, since a young age. 

3. As someone who enjoys designing garments and exciting apparels, how do you see the intersection of creativity and education, especially in the field of architecture and design?

Ans – l do envision the intersection of creativity and education.  Both the elements are ,indeed, interlinked . The field of designing entails education regarding colour schemes and the way fabrics are chosen . Education paves the way to creativity,since a nurtured mind full of creative ideas has the liberty to create masterpieces.

4. Given your role as a volunteer at Hamari Pahchan NGO, how do you believe education contributes to social development, and what impact do you think it has on the lives of young individuals?

Ans – I have personally connected with young kids who are underprivileged and orphans , via an online meeting.  Even though the mode was online,  l got to talk with them and host a talent competition. It was a wonderful experience.  As the kids were talking about things they were taught at school , we were teaching them a few extra quintessential qualities as way. The entertaining manner of imbibing the knowledge leaves an indelible mark on the streets of social development. The younger generation would learn the value of true and earnest knowledge,  and thus lead a peaceful and harmonious life .

5. Your journey in leadership programs and overcoming introversion – how has education played a role in shaping your personality, and what advice would you give to youngsters who might be facing similar challenges in their educational journey?

Ans – Education has played a significant role in shaping my current personality.  My older self was observant ,yet afraid to fly freely in the world . It seemed like a riddle , how the world and the people dwelling in it functioned . However, as l was growing up gradually, things took a turn. Inspirational stories helped me to be able to express my desires and feelings . I believe that any young , naive person who goes through the dilemma of wanting to speak up , yet being unable to do so to belive in themselves and say it- loud and proper .
