Ans – It is really hard to maintain a balance between extracurricular activities and studies. They can do things which soothe their mind while taking a break. Breaks are quintessential,  one hour of listening to music won’t harm academitia obviously. 

 What role do societal expectations play in exacerbating college pressure?

Ans – Societal expectations give birth to misconceptions that college life is stress free . Also , it seems apparently wasier to get good grades.

 How can universities better support students in navigating academic stress?

Ans-Universities can give a good amount of time to study before taking an upcoming examination.  Also, releasing the semester dates a month ago can easily release the pressure by providing sufficient time to prepare for the semester examinations. 

What are some healthy coping mechanisms for dealing with pressure in college life?

Ans – Going on friends trips during off periods in college, or spending some time following hobbies are some healthy coping mechanisms of dealing with pressure in college life .

How can students strike a balance between academic excellence and personal well-being during their college years?

Ans – By taking adequate breaks, and giving certain time solely to oneself( one or two hours)
