On the fifth day of the fourth phase of the 5T High School Transformation Programme, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik dedicated 343 transformed schools in five districts: Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Koraput, Bhadrak, and Sundargarh. 73 high schools in Kalahandi, 46 in Kandhamal, 82 in Koraput, 60 in Bhadrak, and 82 in Sundargarh were dedicated by the chief minister. Remarkably, the first three phases of the transformation have already completed 6,883 schools throughout the state. In the fourth phase, 1,794 converted high schools will be dedicated. The State will have altered 8,677 schools in total after this phase is finished.
For their participation in this ambitious plan, Patnaik praised the MLAs, Panchayat members, teachers, students, and parents of the relevant district as well as the school management committee.
Speaking to the students on this particular occasion, the Chief Minister declared that Odisha is currently undergoing a period of profound change. Education improves our society’s collective consciousness. According to him, the new awakening in the Odias has been made possible by the change of the schools. Everywhere is undergoing change, starting with schools, colleges, hospitals, tourist destinations, mutts, temples, panchayats, and villages.
The change is creating the foundation for a powerful, modern Odisha. He went on to say that the school transformation program is the most significant and effective of these transformation initiatives. Schools lay the foundation for a country’s future.
