In the hospitality industry, you need look no further than Mr. Rabindra Kumar Das, General Manager of the Empires Hotel Puri. Mr. Das has developed an effective enterprise through hard work, devotion, and perseverance; this company has had a major impact on their field and has helped the economy as a whole expand. His life is evidence that every person, given the proper outlook, opportunities, and encouragement, can succeed.
Utkal University alumnus Mr. Rabindra Kumar Das has a master’s degree in political science. Having always had a passion for helping others, he decided to pursue a career in the hospitality industry by working at the front desk of the Swosti Hotel. He gained assurance that he had made the appropriate career choice as he communicated with a wide range of individuals, resolved their problems, and led them to success. In spite of the difficulty involved, the reward of a satisfied customer encourages him to keep at his job with renewed vigor and enthusiasm. Since his days as a student, he’s had a soft spot for hospitality. He asserts, “The hospitality industry is thriving in quite a few districts of Odisha, but its perimeter in Puri is rising in leaps and bounds. When it comes to my job, I have complete autonomy, and my employer puts their faith in me to make whatever decisions are in the best interest of the hotel.
When he first arrived, the facility as a whole lacked the appearance and feel of a hotel, which was a significant challenge. He had to start from scratch, but eventually, his hotel became well-known in its field. They boast Puri’s best atmosphere, and their proximity to the ocean is a major selling point. They have the best selection in town, hands down.
In the end, what I am today you find in me because of N numbers of well wishers but in the hotel industry what has made me grounded & motivated is the reason of someone who is everything for me, professionally people believe him as my Boss, but truly he is my mentor, father figure & go to man.Mr. Mahima Nanda Mishra is a true & inspiring individual and a profound industrialist. I have always idolized him for his nitty-gritty of any business he takes over. He is truly livey & sporty in all business spirit. He Says Madvocating a career in the hotel sector for those who are “dynamic” and “passionate” about service. To succeed in this noble field, you’ll need to exercise extreme patience and mental fortitude.
