Delhi Man arrested for dressing up as an IAF officer

For accessing the Air Force Station in Delhi while pretending to be an officer, a guy has been detained. On July 22, a guy named Gaurav who resides in Aligarh joined the Air Force Station.While attempting to access the highly sensitive facility, he was apprehended. At the entrance gate, he was halted and his ID was checked.The security officers started to get sceptical of him when he couldn’t provide them with adequate explanations. He admitted to entering the Air Force station to snap a selfie in uniform at the security facility while being questioned. He did it to surprise his lover, who didn’t think he was an IAF officer.A complaint has been filed against the accused under sections 140, 170, 171, 449, and 447, and he has been taken into prison at the Tuglaq Road Police station. Similar to this, a 20-year-old guy was detained a year ago in southwest Delhi’s Dwakra neighbourhood for reportedly impersonating a UP Police sub-inspector to win over his girlfriend. Ajay, a native of Mathura in Uttar Pradesh, was recognised as the accused.During their inquiry, the police discovered two UP Police ID cards and one pair of police uniforms. At the police station in Dwarka South, a case has been opened. During questioning, it was discovered that the suspect worked as a water provider in the Sahabad Mohamadpur neighbourhood. He met a female and pretended to be a UP Police sub-inspector to impress her, according to ADCP (Dwarka) Satish Kumar.
