Bhubaneswar: During one of the most anticipated sessions at the ongoing Make in Odisha Conclave 2022, some of the biggest names in technology discussed advancements and investment opportunities in electronics and IT, as well as how these advancements can be leveraged to achieve economic growth. During the two-hour session, some of the most prominent names in the Indian technological ecosystem delivered insightful speeches, and MoUs were signed with some of the largest companies in the electronics and IT sectors.
The session was divided into two parts.
Shri Manoj Kumar Mishra, Secretary E&IT, stated, “Odisha is critical for Indian IT because it has great human resources and an exceptional ecosystem to develop tech skills.”
Using Emerging IT Technological Trends to Drive Economic Growth
Mr. Mohit Bhasin, Partner and Global Co-Lead – Economic Growth Practice, KPMG, delivered the theme Address as the first event of the session. He stated that “Odisha can capture opportunities in many of these emerging sectors because it is a state where things get done,” after highlighting the global and national boom in digital activity.
