Along with her husband, Sri Mahimananda Mishra, she has been a pioneer in transforming the educational landscape of the region since the early 2000s. Their brainchild, DPS Kalinga, is a testament to their unwavering commitment to providing formalized training not just in academics, but also in skills, attitudes, and personality development.
With its state-of-the-art infrastructure and cutting-edge teaching methodologies, DPS Kalinga has set a benchmark in the teaching-learning process. Mrs. Mishra’s vision is to take this multidisciplinary approach to education and equip students with life skills that will enable them to lead their lives in a qualitative way. She believes in creating a learning environment that enables students to choose careers in any field, be it liberal arts or STEM.
With over two decades of experience in this field, Mrs. Mishra stands tall as the fulcrum of commitment, leading her team to dream more and achieve more. The accolades and recognition garnered by the school in various forums bear testimony to her stellar leadership.
DPS Kalinga has produced alumni who have excelled in every field, including law, defense forces, medicine, engineering, fashion designing, sports, film-making, media, research, and business. Mrs. Mishra is a pragmatic visionary who firmly believes in educating the girl child as a means of educating future generations. She champions the cause of women’s empowerment and recognizes the pivotal role that women can play in reshaping the conversation to ensure that their voices are heard and heeded.
