Four skill trainers from Odisha received Kaushalacharya Awards-2021 for their exemplary contribution to the skill ecosystem of the country.
As per the official reports, in a virtual event, Dharmendra Pradhan, Union skill development minister presented these awards to 41 skill trainers from different parts of the country and they are from several initiatives and training programmes of Skill India.
The report further stated that these awardees were from the directorate general of training (DGT), apprenticeship, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), Jan Shikshan Sansthan (JSS) and entrepreneurship.
The award winners from Odisha were Chandrabali Khatua, handicrafts trainer from JSS, Ajaya Kumar Swain, technical (electrical, AC and plumbing) trainer from JSS, Bipin Bihari Gouda, master trainer in ITI, and Nibedita Mohan Patra, DGT master trainer in ITI.
