
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Gobardhan Plant. This is Asia’s largest Bio-CNG unit . This unit is situated in Devguradia trenching ground and has the capacity to treat 550 tonnes of wet seggregated waste. This would enable 400 city buses and 1500 small vehicles on CNG. This project is aimed to yeild multiple environmental benefits and reduction of Green gas emmissions. PM Modi also said that the Government is working on introducing seventy five more plants, These 75 plants would be situated in 75 more districts to benefit the farmers. This initiative would not only have impact on the economy but also have environmental benefits.
