It’s great news for Odia people and the state of Odisha. Moreover, it’s great news for Odisha Government as well. The central government of India have declared Odisha as the number 1 Paperless Vidhan Sabha.
Odisha Assembly will be conferred with the Award of Excellence by the Central Government for this at a special function to be held at Prayagraj towards the end of this month, informed Speaker Surjya Narayan Patro. The Assembly Secretary and two other officers will be visiting Prayagraj to receive the award, Patro added.
The Speaker said Odisha is the only State in the country to receive the Award of Excellence.
