Dhenkanal – The 15-day-long ‘Hindi Pakhwada’ celebrations organised at the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), Dhenkanal concluded with a grand celebration on Friday. A prize distribution and felicitation ceremony for the winners of various competitions was held in the Conference Hall. The event was organized under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. Anand Pradhan, Regional Director of the institute.

Dhenkanal District Magistrate & Collector Ashish Ishwar Patil attended the ceremony as the Chief Guest, guided the students, and felicitated the winners.
As part of the ‘Hindi Pakhwada’ celebration, competitions such as debate, essay writing, poster making, radio jingle production, and poetry recitation were organized. The winners and outstanding participants were awarded and felicitated on the occasion.

Assistant Professor Biranchi Narayan Seth, Chirasrota Jena, Academic Associate Harekrushna Pradhan, Academic Coordinator Jitendra Pati, Library In-charge Shubhankari Das, along with all staff members and students, actively contributed to the successful organization of the event.

The program began with an introductory address by Assistant Professor Abha Singh, and Assistant Professor Paras Yadav delivered the vote of thanks.
