The upcoming Royal Enfield 650 cc cruiser is reminiscent of KX concept that was showcased at Auto Expo 2018. It will be powered by the company’s 650 cc parallel twin-cylinder engine and use inverted forks.
Royal Enfiled is expected to launch this bike in the latter half of this year and has started rigorously testing the vehicle. As a result of this, RE 650 cruiser’s have surfaced on the interweb, revealing crucial details about the bike.
Royal Enfield will offer an interesting color theme to the new flagship cruiser.

As gauged by the spy shots, the motorcycle will offer relaxed ergonomics, thanks to high-set wide handlebars, and a low-set split seat.
Like most RE bikes, it will feature a teardrop-shaped fuel tank and the retro character will be reinforced by elements like round headlamps, exposed mechanical bits, and chrome twin exhaust pipes.

The upcoming RE cruiser will get a twin-pod instrument panel. It includes an analogue speedometer and a digital display for the odometer, trip meter, fuel gauge, and gear-position indicator. This bike also gets a Tripper which is basically a coloured-display for turn-by-turn navigation signs and distance to turn. But for this, the console needs to be paired to a smartphone using an application.
Royal Enfield 650CC Cruiser-Specs
The motorcycle is expected to use RE 650 twins’ engine in the same state of tune. This means it could use a 648 cc air-oil cooled parallel twin-cylinder engine which is mated to a six-speed gearbox. The engine makes use of a fuel injection system to generate 47 bhp and 52 Nm.
The powerplant will be available in combination with a six-speed gearbox.
The estimated price to undercut INR 3 lakh (ex-showroom).
The upcoming beast will certainly look great with unconventional color themes of mild orange, yellow, maroon and purple with a dozen of new features.
