Q1- What motivated you to become a life coach?
ANSWER: Professionally I work full time in a Financial Technology Company as a Consultant But deep down I knew I want to help people and create a difference in their life .I have always followed a lot of motivational speakers and life coaches and was inspired by them. In Early 2020 when Pandemic hit the world I was looking for ways to help people and stumbled upon Life coaching. My journey with JSCS has been full of learning and a lot of self-growth. Now I feel so empowered to help people with all the tools and techniques I learnt and part time Coaching people gives me true sense of fulfilment.
Q2- who is your inspiration and why?
ANSWER: My Father. He has been a very hard working and honest human being. I grew up watching him work hard every single day with complete sincerity and ownership. He always maintained a calm and composed attitude towards life no matter how difficult the circumstances were .He has been the most supportive father I could have asked for and always backed me in all my endeavors. He always prioritized my happiness and my dreams over any other social stigma. I am blessed to have him in my life.
Q3- What is your success mantra?
ANSWER: I feel there is no one definition of success, for me success is being happy and daily practice of meditation develops the connection with the self and helps you tap into your true happiness.
At my Academics and professional career I feel mantra to success is being sincere, disciplined and taking ownership of everything you do. Success for all the other things I do means being compassionate and assertive. Spirituality is being 100% with everything you do and that in turn is success which is a journey not a destination.

Q4- What would be your message to people who desire to become like you?
ANSWER: I feel the most important life lesson I learnt is to believe in you and never give up. Things have not always been easy for me but I don’t get effected by failure and have developed a never give up Attitude. First step is to have Clarity about your dreams/goals and make plans on the steps you will be taking everyday in order to achieve it – Remember Consistency is the key. And we are all humans sometimes things will look difficult and you might feel exhausted – “Just be there for you with compassion and never give up”.
Q5- How do you manage your work and life coaching simultaneously?
ANSWER: I have a full time job as Management consultant in a Financial Technology company so I work pretty much until 5:00 pm and then have at least 1 hour everyday for my life coaching self study and 6-7 hours of coaching weekday and spend more time with life coaching during weekends. Regular mediation and setting up a good morning and evening routine helps me stay positive and more productive during the day.
