Karnataka IT Minister Offers land to I-GenX & i4T team to part of the visionary hub for printed electronics in Karnataka

The state of Karnataka will soon be a hub for Printed Electronics (PE), with hundreds of PE applications in almost all industry sectors using electronic gadgets or circuitry. Moreover, it is a pride for Odisha that Dr Subhasish Das, Chairman of i-GenX from our state, will be one of the forerunners in the leadership group of this project. Thereby, it will enable many people from Odisha to get employment in diverse fields of work. Moreover, this development will be an added feather to the cap of Bangalore, the city that is already a renowned IT hub of Asia. This will further boost economy of odisha once I GenX and Govt.of Odisha will collaborate with each other

Sri C N Aswath Narayan, the Karnataka Minister for Skill, Higher Education, Science and Technology, IT&BT, Entrepreneurship and Livelihood, held a meeting on February 7 with Dr Umer Salim, Founder and Principal of i4 Technologies, with acclaimed expertise in printed electronics and its applications.

Dr Subhasish Das, Chairman, i-GenX, and Jeevan Rajan, Resident Director, i-GenX, were also present in the presentation meeting. Dr Subhasish With the understanding of the honourable minister, i-GenX has agreed to start a centre of excellence in collaboration with STU (Science & Technology University). This initiative will further boost the economy of Odisha by opening several avenues for its implementation in various industry sectors such as medical, aviation, automobiles, defence, police surveillance, and many more in the ESDM (Electronic System Design and Manufacturing) space.
