Yadav questioned why the opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was wary of the exercise in a tweet in Hindi.

Yadav claimed that individuals who oppose the survey are opposed to equality, humanity, and supporters of social and economic injustice as well as poverty, unemployment, and backwardness. Tejashwi Yadav, his deputy and the leader of the RJD, declared on Thursday that their government was eager to carry out the survey for the benefit of the poorer sections.
