Skills maketh an individual! Skills add worth to an individual who questions existence! Skills must be honed at a young age for everyone to realize and achieve a dream they set their eyes on.
Skills play an important role:
Some consider it psychic, while for others it’s a mark of their efforts to achieve excellence! Identifying inherent skills or those that can be developed in youngsters is important. For a nation like India, which has a substantial population that is within the identified youth bracket, skills that bring societal good must be prioritized.
The skill game needs players:
Having skilled players in any team that is destined to succeed, needs a skilling pattern that understands and works out areas through SWOT analysis. Between mavericks, smart workers, hard yarders and team players, the skills of every individual need to be identified and informed to them about the value they bring to the table, team, and on a larger scale – to society!
In due course of time, polishing skills in science, technology, economics, sports and other streams must be considered as a method of maintenance and upgradation that can accelerate the potential of individuals who are at the cusp of glory or would like to mentor those who can step up and seek their moment under the sun.
While upskilling, let’s not rule out the role of persistence and the never-say-never spirit, which is an evolution-based trait that prevents the human race from becoming extinct!
The young minds and bodies must skill themselves to better their lives and become individuals that will make themselves proud, adding pride to their communities, and nation, while ensuring the world takes notice and applauds!
Hone, polish, and persist with your skills that will make you soar far and high!
