Development is a cursor that you move across the screen of life. A computer jargon for millions, but there’s substantial truth around it. The screen is your canvas, with the curved edges acting as your boundaries, though they are just human-made!
It’s the limitless imagination of people that resulted in us moving from a desktop to laptop to small screen devices, and probably in the future, we will be relaying images on our eyes using a mix of virtual and augmented reality technologies, topped up with artificial intelligence to make ourselves more ‘productive.’
Imagining a system to supplement our wild ideas and thoughts was unimaginable three decades ago. In 2024, we are swamped by screens and digital devices which track our activities and, in many cases, rule our lives too, though the latter is a debatable topic. Circling back to the technological system which was supposedly created to define our lives and catapult us to new realms of growth – the bottom line is that we have succeeded in believing that humanity’s potential isn’t sparse, and ideas are abundant, but to give them a fresh lease of life and inculcate the idea of self and team development, a trusted, iterative and ever-evolving process is essential!
The trusted process:
The small steps, the frameworks, the guardrails, the scenario-based iterations and the final blueprint which provides a fair idea of how to proceed – i.e. the process is essential! The process provides a fair understanding of how to go about and the battles that need to be fought to seek a position that is worthy to be termed as a goal! The process gives sense to the initial madness and the swirling thoughts that occupy the mind rent-free. It strengthens the belief in delivering results that are beneficial to the larger subset of humanity, which is also a driver towards self-growth and improvement of livelihoods.
Development begins with unity:
Development succeeds the process created to reach milestones that define development – where pieces of development are joined to complete the jigsaw puzzle which is the preferred outcome of people and their respect for the process. When process and people meet, development of the society and self-development through various phases of life happens simultaneously.
Trust the process, develop yourself into an individual that values opinions, works in harmony with people and lives to see results that are instrumental to the success of global communities.
