The price of domestic LPG cylinders for those weighing 14.2 kg has increased by Rs 50/cylinder with effect from today (Wednesday). Domestic LPG cylinder will now cost Rs 1,053 in Delhi. In Mumbai, the price of a domestic LPG cylinder is now Rs 1,052.50 instead of Rs 1002.50 per cylinder. Whereas, in Kolkata, a consumer will have to pay Rs 1,079 instead of Rs 1,029 for a 14-kg cylinder. At the same time, the cost of a domestic cylinder has increased to Rs 1068.50 instead of Rs 1,058.50 in Chennai.
Further, the price of a 5kg domestic cylinder has risen by Rs 18/cylinder and the 19kg commercial cylinder’s price has decreased by Rs 8.50. Meanwhile, the petrol and diesel prices decreased in the capital city Bhubaneswar on Wednesday. The petrol price has been recorded at Rs 103.19 per litre while the diesel rate has been recorded at Rs 94.76 per litre today.
The petrol and diesel rates in Cuttack have decreased today and are recorded at Rs 103.54 and Rs 95.10 respectively. The petrol rate in Odisha’s Malkangiri is recorded at Rs 108.92 per litre while the diesel rate is at Rs 100.30 per litre. The petrol prices in major cities of India like Chennai, Kolkata, and Mumbai have been recorded at Rs 102.63, Rs 106.03, and Rs 111.35 respectively. The diesel price, on the other hand, is recorded at Rs 94.24 in Chennai, Rs 92.76 in Kolkata, and in Mumbai, the rates are at Rs 97.28.
