Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Germany

The Group of Seven (G7) Summit will be held at Schloss Elmau, a century-old hideaway in a Bavarian Alps nature preserve, while Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in Germany for the event. The Ministry of External Affairs said earlier this week that the Prime Minister will speak at two sessions on the environment, energy, climate, food security, health, gender equality, and democracy. He will also have private talks with the presidents of several of the participating nations. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was among the G7 leaders who gathered on Monday for a photo opportunity; pictures from the event quickly went viral on social media.In advance of the G7 Summit, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz today greeted the Prime Minister at Schloss Elmau.
