New Protocols For “Ama Hospital” Works Are Announced By The Odisha Health Dept.

The 5T project of “Ama Hospital” would be implemented in accordance with the guidelines laid out in a notification released by the Odisha Health and Family Welfare Department.

The announcement states that Collectors are permitted to give full administrative permission for any expenses incurred under the “Ama Hospital” plan. The most recent notification (4074/H, dated 21.02.2023) updates the information in the third paragraph of an earlier notification.

Now, the District Level Committee (DLC) has been authorised to take decisions at their level for the allocation of ‘Ama Hospital’ works to PWD or for departmental execution or through any other selected agency, maintaining transparent procedure, if required in the interest of timely completion of the work.
