The Odisha government today announced summer vacation for all government, assisted, and private schools in the State beginning on April 25 due to the extreme heat wave conditions throughout the State and the weather department’s projection, according to a government release.
Due to the rising heat, the administration decided to hold morning lessons in all schools from 6.30 AM to 10.30 AM starting on April 22 and continuing through April 24.
Throughout the holiday, the directors of elementary, secondary, and higher education will oversee all of the teacher-led instructional activities directly.
