Odisha Govt Introduces Summer Learning Via WhatsApp For Classes Up To VIII

The Odisha government has implemented a “Summer Learning Programme for Students,” which allows kids to continue their education online, in an effort to maintain educational continuity throughout the summer break. Lessons will be distributed via WhatsApp as part of the project, giving pupils easy access to study materials at home. Students in pre-primary (Shishu Vatika) to Class VIII will be served by the program.

In order to keep students interested and promote interactive learning throughout the Christmas season, officials announced that class-specific lessons will be given together with audio-visual materials. Preventing learning gaps and promoting fruitful academic involvement outside of the classroom are the goals of the action. In order to expedite the learning process, a comprehensive schedule for the program has also been made public, outlining subject-specific timetables for various seminars. It is anticipated that the program would assist students in making the most of their summer vacation and preserve academic continuity.
