To encourage agricultural entrepreneurship in the state, attract sufficient capital investment in the field of agricultural enterprises, and ensure the scheme’s effective execution, the Mukhya Mantri Krushi Udyog Yojana’s rules have been updated. For agricultural businesses, the capital investment subsidy level has been raised from Rs. 50 lakh to Rs. 1 crore.
Similar to this, a project cost of Rs 50 crore has been incorporated in the Mukhya Mantri Krushi Udyog Yojana in consideration of the potential for increased capital investment in agriculture and sectors allied to agriculture. The scheme’s previous maximum project cost cap was Rs 20 crore. Similarly, transgender people have been included in the program to widen it, and they will be eligible for a capital investment subsidy of up to 50%.
The state government is implementing the Mukhya Mantri Krushi Udyog Yojana to support agricultural entrepreneurs in the state and generate a ton of jobs. As a result, the state’s farmers who are engaged in agriculture and allied businesses will earn more money, and rural regions will gain jobs. Beginning on April 1, 2023, entrepreneurs who have submitted an online application will be subject to these updated rules.
