Training allowances would no longer be provided to officers and staff employed by the state government’s numerous training institutes. All state government training facilities were immediately subject to the directive.
The Finance Department said that officials and staff employed at state government training institutes will no longer receive training or other benefits.
Workers and officers in charge of training in academies, colleges, schools, and establishments like the Odisha Judicial Academy, Madhusudan Das Regional Academy of Financial Management, Biju Patnaik State Police Academy, and Gopabandhu Administrative Academy fall under this category.
