The monthly collection that Odisha would keep in September 2023 (OGST + IGST Settlement) is Rs 1,651.58 crore, up from Rs 1,157.08 crore in September 2022, a rise of 42.74%. The state has received OGST and IGST settlement of Rs 10,440.74 crore as of September 2023, with a progressive growth rate of 23.27%. The OGST collection in September 2023 was Rs 1,197.37, up from Rs 926.96 crore in September 2022, representing a growth rate of 29.17%.
Odisha had a collection of Rs 4,249.12 crore during September 2023 compared to a collection of Rs 3,765.17 crore during September 2022, representing a growth rate of 12.85%. With a growth rate of 27.43%, the total amount collected under all Acts overseen by the Commissionerate of CT & GST, Odisha, including GST, VAT, entry tax, and profession tax, was Rs 2,638.17 crore in September 2023 as opposed to Rs 2,070.26 crore in September 2022.
In comparison to September of last year, 20.66 lakh waybills were produced. 17.66 lakh waybills were produced in September 2022, an increase of 16.98% demonstrating the health of the economy.
