On December 24, 2026, a Twenty20 International match between India and Sri Lanka is scheduled to take place in the ancient Barabati Stadium in Cuttack, delighting cricket fans throughout Odisha. India will host Sri Lanka in December 2026 for a white-ball series that includes three ODIs and an equal number of T20Is, according to sources in the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). The T20Is will be held in Rajkot, Cuttack, and Pune, while the ODI leg will take place in Delhi, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad.
According to the itinerary, Sri Lanka’s trip of India will commence with a three-match ODI series in Delhi on December 13. Matches will then take place in Bengaluru and Ahmedabad on December 16 and 19, respectively. After that, the sides will start the T20I series, with the first game taking place in Rajkot on December 22. On December 24, Cuttack will host the second Twenty20 International, which is set to begin at 7 p.m. On December 27, the series’ last Twenty20 International will take place in Pune.
