HISTORY-
Mr. Agarwal thinks that this area of real estate and building, where they intended to give people a lifestyle, is quite active. He and his other two directors (Sri Binay Kumar Giri and Smt Alka Kadmawala) intended to do this in 2008. They believed that they would establish a real estate enterprise in Rourkela and provide a good quality of life for everyone. He anticipates a day when adopting a healthy lifestyle will become second nature. He began his career in the IRON & STEEL industry, but he later intended to stick to a field where the profile would be long-lasting. If we look at other industries, we might observe a slowdown, but real estate is a field where the pace is constantly accelerating. He thinks there are no limits in the real estate and construction industries.
When they first started their business, they bought a piece of property in Rourkela, and after doing so, everything felt completely unfamiliar to them. In addition, Rourkela residents had confidence in all of the directors since they had witnessed them conducting their business there. Customers understood that their money was protected as a result, which he views as an extra benefit. He thinks that because the idea was novel, there were difficulties. But over time and with careful research, they were able to master the patterns for land transfer and became experts in the area.
USP OF BRAHMANI-
People were not aware of the norms and regulations before RERA. Therefore, anyone without the requisite understanding is utilized to build an apartment without abiding by the applicable norms and regulations. Mr. Agarwal thinks RERA has been functionally effective since it took effect. It educated every single person in the entire country, and it was a good thing that everyone could learn different things as a result. According to Mr. Agarwal, everybody who legally opens always has their doors open. According to him, Odisha’s real estate sector is expanding and has a promising future. People are getting skilled in their techniques and ideologies. All humans have started accepting the lifestyle which has been one of the most discussed topics. The savviest will now consider how the real estate market might shift permanently in the future and will adjust their plan accordingly. Beyond mere adaptation, those that are successful in fortifying their position through this crisis will have taken audacious measures that improve ties with their staff, investors, end users, and other stakeholders. The pandemic has 100% affected the business, the numbers, and the qualities but the system that has been built is affixed. His team was there to support the work field and the time passed with all support and the workflow gets back. As they are a part of this country they positively took these challenges.
WORK CULTURE-
Being a free director he believes that, dividing work is very important. If someone looks to the land, another looks into the plates of marketing. They have people from every department and are also trained as per the needs and requirements. They conduct seminars every six months to discuss the ups and downs of the team and the addition of new policies. They believe every staff gave their best moves every time anything new happens and at Brahmani, everything is just like a family.
