A passionate and hard-working soul who already achieved so much in his early 30s, which is still a dream for many at this age.
Sourav Prakash Roul, a habitat of Kendrapara District is a certified engineer from St. Mary College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad and an inspiration to young people in terms of achievement. He got appointed as the Deputy manager for Amazon project and has over 7 years of experience in logistics industry.
In an interesting interview session, we got to know many things about him which are very inspirational.
Sourav has successfully built his three empires which are Zentai Institute, Udjosh Logistics and Chaiwala Babu.
Back in 2019, after exiting frim Amazon Sourav’s journey as an entrepreneur began with the foundation of Zentai Institute.
Zentai, a French adaptation which means A to Z, speaks itself about its ideas and innovation. The Zentai Institute is aimed specifically for IT engineers and trains the on Artificial Intelligence and machine learning.
In a short span of three years, Zentai has successfully managed a resource team of over 1280 people. Industrial Operations, Fleet Management, IT and Human Resources, Logistics Operations, and Digital Marketing are Zentai’s core competencies, helping them to offer unique service to their customers. Well-known names such as GATI, Amazon, CSIR, DRDO, Tata Steel are just a few of Zentai’s many trusted customers.
The second firm Sourav founded was a pure logistics company named Udjosh Logistics.
Udjosh Logistics is one of the fastest growing companies in the field of Human Resources, Logistics and warehousing solutions across Odisha and partially across Kolkata with the guidance of an experienced team. Udjosh’s motto is to use an equal opportunity employer with a justifiable ROl will benefit their customer. The Logistics brand works across all e-com platforms including transportation, operations and staffing solutions. Staffing and HR outsourcing, warehouse operations, long haul and interstate carriers are the expertise that has made Udjosh successful in this competitive field.
Back in 2021, Sourav unveiled a new outlet, Chaiwala Babu. Chaiwala Babu is an open-air cafe in Patia which is currently hyped among Bhubaneswar folks. A great place to hang out, mouthwatering and pocket friendly food, and a cozy atmosphere makes it a go-to hub. At this new outlet, Roul has employed seven employees so far and plans to open nine more of Chaiwala Babu’s franchises in the Twin City of Odisha.
Over the past three years, Sourav has recruited over 500 candidates across India.
