President Droupadi Murmu’s first Odisha visit on Nov 10 after assuming office

Beginning on November 10, President Droupadi Murmu will pay a two-day visit to Odisha. She will be making her first trip to the country since becoming president of India.

President Murmu will reportedly arrive in Bhubaneswar on November 10 in the morning and head to the Puri Srimandir to pay his respects to the Holy Trinity. She will later make her way back to Bhubaneswar, receiving a civic welcome at Raj Bhawan.

On November 11, President Murmu will visit Tapoban High School in Khandagiri, Unit-2 Government Girl’s High School, and Kuntala Kumari Sabat Tribal Hostel after spending the night at the Governor’s House.

According to reports, she would visit Jaydev Bhawan later in the day to launch an online platform (e-Kumbh) and an Odia engineering textbook before flying back to New Delhi.

People, set to come in close contact with President Murmu, will undergo an RTPCR Covid test. Apart, use of N-95 masks will be made mandatory for all during the event.
