Prestige Group is preparing mid-range housing developments in Thane, Panvel, which is close to Mumbai

In Thane and Panvel, Prestige Group intends to start mid-segment home developments. At the moment, Marine Lines, Pali Hill, Mahalaxmi, and Mulund are home to it.According to Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Group, the listed real estate developer is preparing to introduce mid-segment housing projects in Thane or Panvel within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) following the launch of luxury projects in prominent locations within Mumbai.The Bengaluru-based Prestige Group is currently working on projects in Mulund, Marine Lines, Mahalaxmi, and the Pali Hill neighbourhood of Bandra. The corporation claims to have ₹60,000 crore worth of projects in the works all over the nation.

We are also aware that we must launch a product that appeals to the middle-class consumer. As a result, we are considering a number of options in Thane, Panvel, and other locations,” Razack continued. Numerous chances exist, but “we will not want to make commitments until the projects at hand get launched,” he stated.The company’s projects in Delhi-NCR are reportedly at the approval stage, according to Razack.

Three sizable projects have been approved: one is located in Noida’s sector 150; another is in Ghaziabad’s Indirapuram; and a third is in the Connaught Place neighborhood’s Kasturba Gandhi Marg. He claimed that once all three of these projects are completed, they will generate a sizable amount of money.
