Interview Times The RM Alumni Committee conducted the 7th Annual Rural leadership Summit: XpectRM on 23rd November 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The theme this year was “Strategic Innovation: Bridging Creativity and Competitive Advantage”. This is an initiative by the RM Alumni Committee to hear from the experienced and build a thorough understanding of Strategic Innovation. It is aimed at providing an opportunity to gain valuable insights from esteemed Alumni through the spectrum of ideas, perspectives, and notions.

It represents the fusion of creativity—generating novel ideas—and strategic planning—turning those ideas into actionable outcomes that drive competitive advantage.
