In Pandav Nagar in east Delhi, a woman and her son have been detained on suspicion of murdering their spouse and dismembering the body into 22 pieces. They appear to be coming at an open ground in the eastern part of the city, where body parts were retrieved, in a four-minute CCTV clip provided by news agency ANI.
According to police, the woman and her son have admitted to the heinous crime. When Poonam learned that her husband Anjan Das had sold her jewellery and sent the proceeds to his first wife, who lived in Bihar with their eight children, she allegedly became enraged.Police claim that they first spiked his drink before killing him with a dagger when he was unconscious. Through the night, they allowed the body to lose blood.
