Parthajeet Patnaik, the visionary leader of Falcon Group, has not only upheld his father’s legacy but has transformed it into a global powerhouse. Born into a family of entrepreneurs, Parthajeet was exposed to the intricacies of business at an early age. Armed with an MBA from the University of Hertfordshire, London, he returned to India with a vision to expand Falcon Group beyond its marine exports roots. His sharp business acumen and fearless decision-making have driven the group’s rapid diversification across multiple industries.
Under his leadership, Falcon Group has expanded into Aqua Feeds, Agro-Processing, Real Estate and commodities trading. His strategic vision led to the creation of Falcon Agrifriz, further solidifying the group’s position in the agro-processing sector. Falcon Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. has emerged as one of Odisha’s leading real estate brands, while Falcon Marine Exports Ltd. has grown into a major player in India’s seafood export industry.
In March 2023, Falcon Group reached a significant milestone by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Gujarat Government to establish a state-of-the-art French fries processing facility in Mehsana District. With an investment of ₹1,050 crore, the project is set to create around 1,000 jobs and benefit over 4,000 farmers.
Continuing its global expansion, Falcon Comtrade DMCC commenced operations in Dubai in June 2024, strengthening its presence in the region’s competitive market. In January 2025, Falcon Holdings Pvt. Ltd., a unit of Falcon Group, signed an MoU with the Odisha Government to establish a Titanium Dioxide (TiO₂) plant. With a production capacity of 30,000 tonnes per annum, this facility will cater to industries such as paints, coatings, plastics, and textiles, delivering substantial socio-economic benefits to Odisha.
Falcon Group’s impact extends beyond business. Engaging with over 6,000 farmers across Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Punjab, and Haryana, the company has played a crucial role in strengthening India’s aquaculture sector. Additionally, its CSR initiatives have made a significant difference in multiple states. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the group contributed extensively to relief efforts, reinforcing its commitment to social welfare. Beyond its business endeavors, Falcon Group is deeply invested in social upliftment across all the regions where it operates, actively working on community development and various social initiatives.
Looking ahead, Falcon Group envisions a strategic expansion into the healthcare sector with plans to develop a 500-bedded multi specialty hospital in Odisha. This initiative aims to provide top-tier healthcare services, furthering the company’s mission of social impact and holistic growth.
Under Parthajeet’s leadership, Falcon Group is on a trajectory of unprecedented growth, driven by a commitment to systematic and sustainable expansion.
