To boost, the Odisha Government’s vision to make the State a major business hub in the country, unicorn startup Moglix has decided to foray into Odisha market soon.
Moglix, which is one of the leading Asia-based B2B commerce companies specializing in the procurement of B2B industrial products, will open its operation centre in the capital city of Bhubaneswar.
This has been informed by Manoj Kumar Mishra, Principal Secretary of Electronics & Information Technology Department, Government of Odisha.
“Welcome on board Moglix. Bhubaneswar is delighted with the decision of this very ambitious Unicorn to open its operation centre here. More powers to you and all the believers”, the E&IT Principal Secretary wrote on a Twitter post.
Moglix is a unicorn start up with annual turnover of Rs 700 core. It will operate with 70 people from Bhubaneswar and targets to generate Rs 100 crore revenue from Odisha.
The recently concluded third edition of the Make in Odisha (MIO) Conclave 2022 has given a major boost to the E&IT sector in the State. This sector has received 37 investment proposals worth more than Rs 10,000 crore generating employment potential for around 54392 persons.
