Secretary to CM (5T) VK Pandian went on a tour to Jagatsinghpur and visited the famous Maa Sarala Temple. After having the darshan the secretary held a discussion with the stakeholders over the issues pertaining to the development of the temple.
He took a round of the temple premises and reviewed the facilities available for devotees. He also held discussions over various issues with the temple servitors and district administration. He also said that the developmental work should be completed as soon as possible keeping in mind the heritage value of the temple and the faith of the devotees.
VK Pandian is currently visiting many temples all around Odisha which have great cultural and heritage value but somehow get neglected due to not being in famous places. He urges to get the renovations of the temple done soon so as to make the holy places more popular among people.
