Can you give us more insight into the no-touch, no drug therapy?

It’s simply magic, just joking!!! (laughs!!!)

The basic fundamental activity of no-touch, no drug therapy, is simple. We do healings through crystals, wherein we don’t touch the patient, neither do we give any medicines for the treatment. Through yoga and various forms of meditation, we try to improve a person’s mental and physical health. We do their healings for physical as well as Psychosomatic ailments.

Stress is a ubiquitous word used in today’s scenario. However, psychologically, it has quite a different meaning. Can you tell us a few symptoms to – distinguish between clinical and everyday stress?

To be very honest, I’m not familiar with the term clinical stress. However, I think it must get converted to ailments such as depression, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, etc.

Ideally, there’s no everyday stress. It’s only our perception of life that we take. There is a difference between what we expect in everyday life and what we get. When a person cannot fathom the reality, the irritation, or the anger coming to him gets the term of stress.

Do you think the modernization and the competitive scenario of today’s world have led more people to fall into depression?

It can be correct but partially. In reality, it’s not modernization, and the competitive scenario, but our own lack of satisfaction yields a person into depression. People are not content and do not value what they have. There’s no Gratitude towards life, due to which there’s no happiness, thereby leading a person to depression.

Life is beautiful with what you have. Enjoy it!!!

How much do you think a faulty family structure is responsible for a child’s abnormal personality growth?

100% or even more!!!

It’s only, and only the family structure and the surrounding environment that is responsible for a child’s complete development, his thoughts, and his emotions.

I always advise parents that, rather than getting your child a perfect school, they should have proper training on nurturing a new soul onto this earth.

At what time do family members feel that the patient needs to be taken to a specialist?

Whenever the family sees that the patient is unresponsive to any sort of communication, it’s high for them to take him/her for proper treatment.

What are the tips you want to give to the people to lead a happy and healthy life?

Just lead a simple life. Always be satisfied and happy with what you have. Respect and show gratitude to all. Forgive and live a harmonious life. Moreover, always be thankful to the close ones around you and never take them for granted.

How much care a person needs once he/she comes out of depression?

It’s a long-term thing, and he should always be treated with love and compassion.
