Work From Home does have several benefits

Let us know more

According to a research by Tracking Happiness, employees who have the option of working from home say that their jobs make them happy. This result was noteworthy since, on average, employees who could work from home 100% of the time reported being 20% happier than those who couldn’t.
The respondents also thought that a person’s satisfaction at work may account for 27% of their overall happiness. According to the poll, employee contentment declines as commute times lengthen.

Another recent study found that remote workers leave a lesser carbon footprint than those who work in regular offices. The study, which was published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, shows that US workers who work from home produce 54% fewer greenhouse gas emissions than their colleagues who commute to work every day. It’s interesting to note that people who used a hybrid work style, which blends in-office and remote work, did not significantly lower their greenhouse gas emissions.A single day of remote work, according to the study, could reduce emissions by 2%, mainly because workers wouldn’t have to rely on public transport to go to and from work. It is anticipated that this decrease in car use will result in a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.

According to a report, measures for lowering emissions should give priority to two important factors: decarbonizing transportation, and using renewable energy sources for heating and cooling offices.
In order to lower workplace size and capacity, the study also offered an alternate strategy that involves encouraging the use of shared office spaces.
