General Manager RN Sunkar presided over the 49th Joint Meeting of the East Coast Railway Official Language Implementation Committee.
The conference included all of the principal heads of departments, Apar Mukhya Rajbhasha Adhikaris from the Waltair Division and Khurda Road, Sambalpur, as well as the chief workshop manager from the Carriage Repair Workshop in Mancheswar. Sunkar advised the railroad workers to utilize Hindi in their daily official duties when he addressed the group. He also suggested that the Hindi-trained personnel work more and more Rajbhasha.
Sunkar published posters on this occasion that featured powerful quotations from renowned Hindi authors. Additionally, he praised the Khurda Road, Waltair, and Sambalpur Divisions for their outstanding efforts in implementing Rajbhasha. The GM also presented prizes to the quiz competition’s winners based on Hindi authors. In order to execute the official language policy, Mukhya Rajbhasha Adhikari and Principal Financial Advisor, RS Mitra requested further assistance from the railway workers. The welcoming address was given by Deputy Mukhya Rajbhasha Adhikari and Deputy Chief Operations Manager (General), Debraj Nayak.
