Political-religious programs have increased the cases of COVID infection in India: WHO

The second wave of the coronavirus continues to spread in India. Millions of people are infected every day, and thousands die. At the same time, the World Health Organization (WHO) said that the assessment of India’s situation showed that there were many possible reasons for the increase in COVID-18 cases in the country.

The first case of the B.1617 strain of the virus came out in October 2020, according to the WHO’s weekly epidemic Covid-19 update report released on Wednesday. Accordingly, the growing number of cases of Covid-19 in India and the death of the virus B.1617 strains have raised questions about the important role of other strains. According to the report, a recent assessment of India’s situation shows that there are a number of possible reasons for the rise and recurrence of COV-19 cases in the country, which have also played an important role in the spread of SARS-COV-2.

Similarly, large-scale rallies at various religious and political events have increased tensions among the people. People got more infected and COVID 19 cases increased sharply.
