Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has announced the cancellation of CHSE 12th examination in view of the covid situation in the state. The government has now resolved the confusion between students and parents over the CHSE exam during the rise in corona cases.
Student lives are more important than exams. Students and teachers would have been in trouble if they had attended exam. The decision was taken in the greater interest of the student body, the chief minister said. It has been reported that the test results will be determined according to expert criteria. Students who are dissatisfied with the results are said to be able to take the exam again if they wish. However, the CHSE will announce the date of the test.
CBSC students were worried about the Class XII exams as the number of covid 19 cases was on the rise in the country. The central government on Tuesday canceled the CBSE Class XII board exams. Following the announcement, various states – Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra – have also canceled Class XII exams. Today, however, the Odisha government announced the cancellation of the CHSE 12th examinations.
